Mike Bassett-Smith has been my personal insurance advisor for approximately 11 years.  Mike has always been very professional in our dealings with the utmost integrity.  He has never provided a biased opinion on particular insurance companies and gives his honest opinion on what policies and companies best suit my personal circumstances.

All queries are answered in a very timely manner and I feel he works for me to get the best cover and outcome possible.  When updating and making any changes to policies Mike always liaises with the insurance company on my behalf which makes my life easier.

Mike is also very proactive in questioning whether my cover is adequate and having the necessary discussions when required.

I have found working with Mike to be a fantastic experience.  He really helps out and I have recommended him on a number of occasions to business colleagues and friends and will continue to do so in the future.
